Biography
Suryanarayanan Balasubramanian has a background in Environmental Sciences and Atmospheric Physics. With his team at University of Fribourg (UniFR) and Himalayan Institute of Alternatives (HIAL), he develops the artificial ice reservoir (AIR) technology for application as a water resource management strategy. He leads the development of hardware and software tools that can construct artificial ice reservoirs effortless and efficient manner.
